35 Weeks Pregnant

Taken at 35 Weeks, 3 Days

How Far Along? 35 Weeks, 6 Days

Anything making you queasy or sick? No queasy sickness for a while now. Very thankful.

Food Cravings? None that I can think of.

Mood? Well that depends. A couple days ago? I feel great. Happy, ready to meet baby. Today, slightly freaked out about a complication I'm having. (I'll explain more below in the Symptoms category)

34 Weeks Pregnant

Taken at 34 Weeks, 4 days

How Far Along? 34 Weeks, 6 Days

Anything making you queasy or sick? If you asked me that any other day this week I would have said no, but I went to bed feeling a little yucky last night and woke up feeling even worse.  Sad face.

Food Cravings? Nope

Mood? Aside from feeling sorry for myself today for feeling really ill, my mood has been pretty good this week.

33 Weeks Pregnant

Taken at 33 Weeks, 3 Days

How Far Along? 33 Weeks, 6 Days

Anything making you queasy or sick? Nope, feeling good!

Food Cravings? None, but still loving Mexican as always. One thing I realized recently is that a couple common pre-pregnancy cravings of mine- salt and vinegar chips and pickles. (Together or separate) hasn't appealed to me at all during pregnancy. I'm not saying I'm turning my nose up at a bowl of salt and vinegar chips (I mean, I'm not crazy) but I used to really crave them, and a giant sour pickle was a common evening snack. Now, not so much. Just interesting to note.

Mood? Well, I've been working through some fears about having the baby- you can read about that here. Other than that I think I've been pretty good. Still loving feeling the baby move, and looking forward to his or her arrival!

Confession: I'm Slightly Terrified To Have This Baby

A little background: I have wanted to be a Mom since I was just a child myself. My cousin had a baby when I was only 8 or 9 years old and I remember so vividly, falling in love. I wanted to hold him, feed him, change his diapers. Anything just to be close to this sweet little one. I remember thinking to myself "Aside from your Mom, no one loves you more than I do!" (Creepy? Perhaps, but give me a break I wasn't even 10 years old)

I was only 17 years old when my sister had her first. Over the next few years she had two more, and I soaked up every single piece of knowledge I could from her and her experiences. I became somewhat of a baby expert. (Or perhaps a baby know-it-all?) and started answering people's questions about babies with "Well, my sister did this...."

32 Weeks Pregnant

Taken at 32 Weeks, 3 Days

How Far Along? 32 Weeks, 6 Days

Anything making you queasy or sick? There was one day this week that I felt really "off" but I think it may have been what I ate. (Mixed with a sensitive preggo tummy of course)

Food Cravings? Nope

Mood? Good! Starting to feel like time is running out, and had a few panicky moments about getting things done, but making lists and having Chris calm me down always seems to work ;) Thank the Lord I married a man that balances out my crazies so well!
